What’s in a name? Sometimes nothing. Scurvypirates is a blog about sailing the high seas of new marketing, looking for opportunities to find treasure. The name really doesn’t mean anything, but hey, it was available. And scurvypirates.com is way better than scurvypirates.arg!
So what is this? Scurvy Pirates is a collective of digital marketing professionals who created this simple platform to provide advice, insight, and occasional how-to hacks for anyone looking to navigate the waters to new media and the changing face of digital communications. Collectively, we have over 20 years of digital marketing experience, with strong skillsets and capabilities in new media PR, customer engagement, blogging, and content creation.
